WELCOME TO THE 5TH GRADE

Students' first year at Cass is an exciting transition.  Our fifth grade team's main purpose is to help students succeed in:

• Changing classes every period

• Having combination lockers

• Building organizational skills

• Taking responsibility for work and actions 

• Participating in the D.A.R.E. Program

• Experiencing the Outdoor Education trip

• Learning to be independent as well as cooperative

Our philosophy can be summed up in three words: "NURTURING FOR INDEPENDENCE"

September 9 - Parents' L.O.M.C. Informational Meeting 6:30P.M.

September 29 - Patrey Book Report

October 8-10 - Outdoor Ed Trip to L.O.M.C.
