Classroom Rules for the 8th Grade Team

1. Individuals and property are to be treated with respect.

2. You must arrive promptly to class. THREE tardies per quarter per class will result in a teacher detention.

3. Bring appropriate materials; binders, spirals, pen red pen, pencils, loose-leaf paper, and required texts.

4. You are expected to participate in classroom activities and to complete assignments to the best of your ability.

5. Long term vacation absences will adhere to the guideline policies established by the 8th grade team.

6. No candy or gum-chewing will be allowed in class unless permission is given by the teacher.

7. Your behavior and grades throughout the year will have an impact on your participation in the eighth grade end-of-the-year activities.
