| Welcome to the Special Education Web Page at Cass Junior High School. Teachers Mary Beth Elgass, Jennifer Fetty, Katie Fujiura, and Janice Foster offer support services to students with special needs. We work with students in grades five through eight providing direct instruction and classes to enhance study skills. We also closely collaborate with regular education teachers, individually and on teams, to diversify the curriculum through modifications or adaptations. Assistants Donna Holland, Mary Koslowski, Debbie Valcik, Nicole Catalano, Nancy Salvato, Sharon Vandenbroucke, and Katie Girardot work in the regular classrooms helping to successfully include all students into the curriculum. | |
