District Boundaries

Cass School District 63 is a two-school district in DuPage County, Illinois. The District serves students in grades pre-kindergarten through eighth who reside in portions of Darien, Willowbrook and unincorporated areas of Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills, Downers Grove, Hinsdale and Lemont. Schools are located in suburban Darien 15 miles west of Chicago.

While the district would like to be able to welcome all child(ren), if a student does not live within the district's boundaries, it is illegal for them to attend our schools unless approved by the Board of Education. If a student is found to be attending our schools without Board approval and does not live within the district boundaries, the student will immediately be removed from our schools, directed to the appropriate district and the District will pursue all its rights against the parent/guardian to the fullest extent of the law.

If you do not live within district boundaries but are interested in sending your child(ren) to Cass School District 63 schools for their education, you should submit a request to Superintendent Kerry Foderaro. Superintendent Foderaro will submit your request to the Board of Education for consideration. If your child(ren) are approved for attendance, it would be as a full tuition student, meaning that the parent/guardian would be responsible for the full cost of educating your child(ren). The tuition fee on a year to year basis is determined through yearly audit. The full tuition cost runs at approximately $12,000 per year per student.
