District Information

Under the Illinois School Code, school districts are required to share financial information. Below you will find the school district's fiscal year budget information regarding any contracts the District has with any one entity in excess of $25,000, a copy of the most recent collective bargaining agreement and information regarding administrator's compensation. 

 District Budget

Under the Illinois School Code 105 ILCS 5/10-20.40, enacted by Public Act 95- 707, each school district is required to list all contracts in excess of $25,000 on the district’s website. To review the list of any such contracts for Cass School District 63 please click on the following link:

In compliance with Section 10-20.40 of the Illinois School Code, as added by Public Act 95-707, Cass School District 63 has posted on its website under the following link, the collective bargaining agreement between the Board of Education and the Cass Education Association.

Collective Bargaining Agreement

The annual report found in the following link is required by Public Act 96-434. In accordance with the law, the agreement is posted on the District’s website, was presented at a regular meeting of the Board of Education and was submitted to the office of the DuPage County Regional Superintendent of Schools.

In accordance with ESEA Section 1111(h)(6) Parents Right-To-Know, please note that every parent of a student in a Title I school has the right and may request information regarding the professional qualifications of your child’s classroom teacher.
