Promenade Bolingbrook Shopping 4 Students Program

Did you know that you can help raise funds for the Cass District 63 PTC, simply by shopping?

Shop at the Promenade Bolingbrook for your chance to help your school win a share of $10,000. Help our schools get points by bringing your original receipts from any purchase made at The Promenade between Oct 1, 2011 and April 30, 2012 to Guest Services. (They log your purchases and return your receipts to you immediately!) Guest Services is located between Gymboree and Champs on the Village Green, and is open Mon-Sat 11am-8pm and Sun 11am-5pm. Our school receives five (5) points for every dollar spent at Promenade shops, restaurants, and theaters.

In addition, there are ways to earn Holiday Bonus points by shopping on select dates or at select stores, or even for "liking" the Promenade Bolingbrook on Facebook. For more info, download this Shopping 4 Students flyer.

Making it work with Volunteers

"A volunteer is a person who believes that people can make a difference - and is willing to prove it."
~Anonymous

"We are all like one-winged angels. It is only when we help each other that we can fly."
~Luciano de Crescenzo
We are very fortunate and thank all parents who have been so willing to help throughout the year.

Thanks to all of our chairpersons and volunteer parents who have committed to working on various functions provided by the PTC for this new year. We have a wonderful, enthusiastic group of people chairing these committees . Please do whatever you can to help them out, as they have so generously given of their time. It would be impossible to accomplish what we have done this year without the support of each and every one of you. Thank you for your time, your talents, your hard work and efforts!! These services could not continue without your help and dedication to our school, our administrators, our teachers and, of course, to your children.

The PTC is a parent group which has been in our school for almost 50 years. We hope you will be able to attend the PTC meetings to keep abreast of what is happening at Concord and Cass. Through volunteering, you can become part of your child's day. The children are truly delighted when they see your faces, whether you are helping a teacher, serving a hot dog, or reading a story. These years go by quickly, so now is the time to be involved!

Our challenge ahead is to continue to make this District a better place for children to learn and for teachers to teach, where we pull together as a united group for the sake of our School District and our children. We will strive to maintain the excellence we have always valued. First and foremost is the value we place on the camaraderie and the spirit of people working together.

If you are interested in volunteering please e-mail PTC President Michele Radicker at ptc@cassd63.org or click here for a membership form for PTC.  Any parent or teacher is encouraged and welcome to join.  Your dues of only $10 per family goes directly to the PTC’s donated and budgeted items.
