Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)
Requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.) (FOIA) are to be submitted to the FOIA Officer in writing via postal mail to Gayle Wilson, FOIA Officer, Cass School District 63, 8502 Bailey Road, Darien, Illinois 60561, email at FOIA@cassd63.org or you may fill out this electronic FOIA form. The FOIA Officer will respond to the party making the request within five (5) business days from the date of receipt of the request.
