Freedom of Information Act
Requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) are to be submitted to the FOIA Officer in writing via postal mail, fax, email, or in person at the address listed below.
A FOIA request form is available online or at any District 63 facility and may be used when making a FOIA request; however, the use of this form is not required.
The FOIA Officer will respond to the party making the request within five (5) business days from the date of receipt of the request.
