Mrs. Marcinkewicz comes to District 63 with a multitude of leadership experiences at the junior high level. Prior to coming to Cass, she was previously employed by Glen Ellyn School District 41 where she served as the Assistant Principal of Hadley Junior High School for three years. Prior to her experience in District 41, she began her educational career at Jefferson Junior High School in Woodridge School District 68 where she spent nine years teaching English at both the seventh and eighth grade levels. During her tenure at Jefferson, she served in a variety of leadership positions including English Department Chair, and she was highly involved in district level committee work. 

Mrs. Marcinkewicz graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision. She also possesses State of Illinois administrative and secondary teaching certificates with a middle school endorsement.

Mrs. Marcinkewicz resides in the southwest suburbs with her husband Jack and their two children.
